Captain America: Brave New World – My Review

Captain America: Brave New World was exactly what I expected from a Marvel movie. It wasn’t overly flashy, but it still managed to push the story forward — and that’s exactly what I was hoping for. I’m not an MCU fanboy, but I thought it was very good, and I’d definitely recommend it to others. I wasn’t nitpicking the quality — I just enjoyed it for what it was.
What I liked most was that the story focused on one main character instead of a team of two or three. Sure, other characters were present, but the spotlight wasn’t shared across a whole group — and that worked in its favor.
The visual effects were present, but not overwhelming. They blended into the narrative instead of taking over. It wasn’t like Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania — I never even watched that one because the trailers made it look like it was drowning in VFX. Brave New World kept things grounded.
Story-wise, it didn’t disappoint. Sam was given a strong, respectful portrayal. It wasn’t just the usual “bad guy shows up, big fight, we win” formula. There was more thought and care behind it.
I give Captain America: Brave New World a solid 8 out of 10.
